TEN MEN EAGLES WITH SUPERB WIN

A mixture of flu and injury robbed the U15 Eagles of 5 of their squad and left coach Simon needing a stiff drink and a lie down in a dark room.

10 of the boys without a keeper travelled to deepest Alfreton and when Simon was refused entry onto the astro it felt like the gods weren't on our side.

What followed was guts, determination, pride and passion from the Bossie 10 with legend Cory stepping up between the sticks.

Goals from Filip and Zach who were both outstanding but a collective player of the match to Cory, Noah, Harry, Tommy, Will, Webbo, Riley, Lewis, Filip and Zach.
