NAIL BITING BULLETS

The Under 13 Bullets we’re treating the AFC ultras to a nail biting game at Alan's Way.

The pitch freshly marked out the boys kicked off against Chasetown Youth FC.

From kick off the boys were on the front foot playing football with confidence moving the ball around really well creating plenty of chances but couldn't find the back off the net. A bursting run down the wing and a driven ball across the oppositions box sees the ball hit a Chasetown defender and find the back of the net, 1-0 at half time to AFC.

Second half Chasetown managed to score an equalising goal after a well placed strike. AFC continue to pile on the pressure and in the dying minutes of the second half a cross was been put into the danger zone and with Chasetown not being able to clear the ball, AFC poach the winning goal, clinching all 3 points.

Well done the boys another brilliant team performance. Goals came from an own goal and Thomas.

Player of the Match - Tyler

Player of the Match was awarded to Tyler who had a great game at full back. Showing a great work rate, doing the simple things well, winning tackles and keeping the oppositions winger at bay for the majority of the game. A well rounded performance.
