Max strong defensively for Sonics

Away game in the wind! As a team the sonics battled well together and had spurts of some lovely passing in ‘triangles’ and working hard. James put away two goals in the first half, with some great battling from Tom, Jenson, Jack, Ben and Jake on the wings or centre mid.

Defensively Max, Freya and Will kept a strong back line and pushed the ball up the pitch and were supported by David in goal who controlled in the box. That said, today was a game of trying, hitting the post /just over and a chance to run the Easter eggs off!

Player of the Match - Max

Today’s player of the week was Max with his strong defensive performance to attack the ball, make the vital tackles, pass the ball to teammates and at times launch the ball into the box.
