Game of two halves for Sonics

Strong opposition today and a hard first half, at half time we said reset the clock and what a reset it was.

The passing between players, the confidence to make the crosses, the intensity levels and the skills on display were a credit to every single player.

Thomas was causing the defence to be on guard with great movement, Louie working to make each ball with strong feet and direct it to team mates, Freddie having a great work rate throughout the game to attack the ball, David with some excellent strong kicks out of goal and a stint up front which he did really well at, Ben with his superb speed to take on players and attack to the goal, Freya solid as centre back and controlling the defence, Jake with some brilliant wing play and important crosses, one which connected with George for him to header home a goal, great work ethic as well by George today.

Max in defence was solid to defend but importantly attack with the ball as well and his ability to read the game is really improving.

This week there were two players of the week, one was Jenson for his footwork, control of the ball but importantly his vision to look up and make some excellent passes to team mates, great work today!

Another player of the week was Jack, positionally today Jack was spot on, he was on the wing holding his line and making crosses into the box and when striker was in the right position and rising above the opposition to try and header home, again really well done Jack!
