BULLETS NAIL IT AGAINST HAMMERS

A strong all-round performance saw AFC Market Bosworth Bullets claim a well-deserved 3 points against Haunchwood Sports Hammers on Saturday morning.

The boys began a little nervously and took some time to settle, but once Jude produced a brilliant goal-line clearance, the team really came to life. Confidence started to flow. The back four were solid throughout, staying organised and composed under pressure. The midfield worked hard from start to finish, winning battles and linking play effectively, while the attacking players kept the Haunchwood defence busy all morning with their energy and movement.

Bosworth went into the break 1–0 up and continued to build on their performance in the second half, adding a second goal to secure the win at full time.

Man of the Match went to Logan for an excellent display in defence, capped off with a superb last-minute sliding tackle to prevent a certain goal.
