BULLETS BOUNCE BACK

AFC Market Bosworth Bullets bounced back in style with a well-earned win against Coton Green FC, showing real grit and togetherness on a pitch that made life difficult from the first whistle. The surface was heavy and uneven, testing the lads’ control and passing, but they rose to the challenge with determination and character.

The Bullets’ defence was outstanding all game, keeping things tight and organised at the back. Every player put their body on the line to ensure a clean sheet, giving Harry solid protection as he battled through an injury. One of the standout moments came near the end when Jude flew into a superb tackle to stop a dangerous counterattack — a challenge that summed up the team’s spirit and desire.

In midfield, the boys fought hard for every ball, driving play forward and keeping Coton Green under pressure. Up top, their persistence paid off, with Challis, Lucas, and Archie all finding the net to secure a deserved 3–0 victory.

It was a true team display from start to finish — everyone played their part, worked for each other, and showed great attitude in tough conditions. A fantastic result and a perfect response to get back to winning ways.

Logan led by example at the back, winning his battles, reading the game superbly, and keeping things calm under pressure. His timing in the tackle and ability to stay composed on a difficult pitch were outstanding, ensuring the team stayed solid defensively throughout.

Every pass found an AFC shirt as he built play confidently from the back, showing great awareness and decision-making. Logan kept his cool even when the game got scrappy, organising the defence and setting the standard for those around him.
