BLAZERS PASSING SHINES AGAINST COTTAGE FARM

Confident forward runs and lovely passing play was on show from each of the Blazers. After a first goal for the team last week Nathan was one of the goalscorers again with two great finishes added from Wyatt. In defence a determination was on show in pressing and to win the ball back, and the Blazers showed how they are developing so well as a team.

Daniel when called upon showed his superb handling ability, particularly when saving down low and keeping hold of the ball in slippery conditions.

Luca formed great partnership working in defence. Showed a great level of confidence in pressing the ball, showing he is willing to make a tackle, and then turning defence in to attack.

Josh led the forward line, moving into clever positions in between defenders to find shots at goal, and wasn’t shy in working back to help defend.

Nathan a lovely finish for his goal. Did really well all game finding space to receive the ball, and then great awareness to dribble with the ball or pick out a pass to create chances.

James showed brilliantly timed challenges, he works hard for his teammates to press the attackers, and then drive forward to start off attacking plays.

Freddie enjoys offering an option for his team mates and then having the ball at his feet. He works the ball forward with great close control or finding a through ball for team mates.

Chance was captain for the day and his performance really led the team forward. He was clever in his pressing of opponents, and finding spaces out wide to receive the ball and move towards goal.

Wyatt has a strength in his shooting that goalkeepers find difficult to save getting him on the scoresheet again today. He was clever in finding space in forward areas to carry the ball with confidence.

Levi proved to be a tricky winger for the opposition defence. Finding space to receive a pass with great close control. His eye for a pass today was brilliant, passing with accuracy.

Easton another that formed great partnership working in defence. He has a brilliant awareness of where to be to support other defenders, and stop opposition attacks by intercepting the pass.
