BLAZERS FIRST LEAGUE GAME

A brilliant display from the Under 9 Blazers in their first ever league game as they travelled to play Dosthill Colts FC. The coaching team were really proud of the Blazers, particularly for their great level of determination throughout and forward passing moves. Well done to our goal scorer’s James and Levi and player of the match Luca.

Daniel put in a fine goalkeeping display throughout the game, producing a number of class saves.

Luca had a fantastic level of energy, having no fear in tackles and stepping out of defence to intercept the ball.

Josh with a lovely display of marking and clearing the danger in the defensive line.

Easton made a number of weaving runs and skills on show to create scoring chances during the game.

Levi was the midfield dynamo, putting pressure on the attackers, and linking up play really nicely.

Nathan, our flying winger, showed pace and a fine display of passing to turn defence in to attack.

James opened the scoring with a lovely finish and showed he has an eye for a through balls to create goalscoring opportunities.

Freddie showed determination and no fear, pressuring the ball, winning it back and starting off attacks.

Chance led the attacking line brilliantly, getting in on goal and causing trouble for their defence all game.

Wyatt had real confidence with the ball at his feet, a number of jinking runs, and even a shot from near the halfway line!
