The Blazers welcomed Burbage on a lovely morning for football. The blazers had a squad of 11 and welcomed back Levi, Easton, Zach, Archie and Nathan.

Wyatt - started in goal and made a really good save, also showing excellent distribution. He then pushed into midfield and went close a couple of times from brilliant runs with the ball

Luca - he continues to impress and his reading of situations is excellent. Went on a brilliant mazy run in the first half and he was as tenacious as ever. Another great display from him

Zach - started in midfield and supported the attack well. Made a fantastic tackle in the middle of the park and worked very hard for the team

Chance - went so close to scoring in the first half through some lovely footwork. Was always willing to drive the team forward and he was picking up lots of good areas of space

Harrison - a composed display in defence first half then volunteered to go in goal second half. He was brave and made a few claims at the feet of attackers. His confidence is growing and yet again he demonstrated what a great teammate he is

Levi - full of running and got the blazers on the attack numerous times. Went close in the second half and was a constant threat throughout the game

Easton - he passed the ball really well today. Great to see him picking his head up and finding players in space. He was another player that worked so hard

Archie - fantastic work rate from him. A couple of excellent turns in the first half and was always looking to play a pass. His determination and strength, saw a chance created for Wyatt

James - hugely impressive yet again from a confident James he played in midfield then dropped back into defence making so many interceptions and clearances

Freddie - what a performance from Freddie! He was playing in defence which is an unfamiliar role for him but was excellent. He was so strong on the ball and tackled everything that was near him. Not only that, when he regained possession he drove forward and took players on. Awarded player of the match!

Nathan - great to have him back and what a hard working performance from him. He covered every part of the pitch, getting forward and tracking back so well. He made a couple of clearances to help the defence and was terrific! Awarded player of the match!!!

What a fantastic game of football. Both teams evenly matched and played the game in a brilliant fashion. We played this opposition back in November and it was a heavy loss for us. So to play again today and contest an entertaining draw, demonstrates how far the blazers have come.

We played some excellent football today and of course as always the effort was absolutely incredible from the boys. It's certainly up there with our best display of the season with every player playing a huge part!
