An away game for the Blazers, against a team that has been playing league fixtures since the start of the season. We knew it would be a good test for the Blazers and a first 7v7 game for them as well.

Daniel - another impressive performance from our goalkeeper in only his second game. Showed so much bravery in getting to the ball before their players and made a few brilliant saves!

Chance - played in defence today and is a player that always listens and is prepared to work hard. We wanted him to show for the ball whenever Daniel got it and he was there every single time. A really good performance from him.

Harrison - got forward as much as possible then slotted into defence really well. Made an interception and showed unbelievable strength to hold him off and get the blazers back on the attack

Josh - worked hard yet again in the forward areas. Used his body well and pressed the opposition defence.

Nathan - this was his first game for the team and what a debut. He carried the ball forward at every opportunity in the wide areas but also showed fantastic pace to track back and make a last ditch tackle to deny a goal.

James - another player who worked hard in midfield. Showed confidence to turn opposition players several times and also made some strong interceptions.

Zach - occupied the wide positions well and made some nice passes. He stopped an opposition counter attack by positioning himself well and showed strength to win the ball back for the team.

Wyatt - played centre midfield and got forward really well. Saw a couple of long range shots fly wide and was also denied by a brilliant save from the goalkeeper. Loved the battle and was a real driving force for the team

Freddie - full of running as our striker and his hard work paid off for him today. Made a breathtaking run where he rode 3 attempts to tackle him and got the blazers on the attack. His determination on another run saw him score a well taken goal! Awarded player of the match!

Luca - what a defensive masterclass from Luca today. Full of energy and covered everything really well. Loves to use his pace and nearly broke through from a deep position to score. Awarded player of the match!

The blazers were incredible today. They stuck to their positions well and the passing was excellent. It's not about results but it's nice to go 3 games unbeaten and the improvement from them has been remarkable. The boys deserve all the credit for it!
