On a muddy cold morning, Coach Simons man flu was eased by a sparkling first half from the Eagles, sending the Eagles into the Major Cup Quarter Final.

Playing on the front foot, there were plenty of chances with Tommy a menace throughout upfront.

The goals came with goals from Tommy x 2, player of the match Josh, Thomas and Noah.

The boys managed to get the ball out of the clusters and get the ball wide where we caused problems.

It was particularly pleasing to see Josh looking confident and he was rewarded with a goal and an assist.

The 2nd half was largely uneventful and the boys celebrated by opening a large box of celebrations won at a recent quiz night.

Well done to all the players, parents for braving the cold and Josh for being awarded player of the match.
