Conditions were far from perfect this morning for the U12's but the boys really shone.

We can up against a tough Measham team this morning, they defended really well and their keeper was blocking what seemed like every shot we took. Leo was making some lovely through balls but we just couldn't get the goal. We finally made the breakthrough but it only lasted 5 minutes until Measham capitalised and brought it level after Bosworth were unable to clear a corner from them.

Coach Tom asked for a quick reply and the boys didn't fail. Taking it to 2-1 30 seconds after the restart.

Measham pushed forward really well but Sam, Brody and Will in goal handled it very well. All calm and composed. The half finished 2-1.

Second half Bosworth dominated, we didn't let the visitors into our half and we were on the constant attack. We didn't let them take a breather pushing hard and gaining their rewards. The game finished 5-1 with some very well, mature goals taken from Lucas, Kaydan, Leo and Toby.

The boys continue to perform fantastic week in, week out.

POTM today was Leo. He controlled the midfield, made some fantastic through balls, worked hard going forward and coming back to cover in defense. Overall a very mature performance from him. Well done Leo!
